  I have been a member of New Life for many years. It is a church with many young couples in their 20's and 30's with huge percentage of children in the baby to elementary ages. There is also a population adults a bit older with a few elderly among the bunch. Pastor Ron Janiszewski is a former children's pastor with a heart for kids, but mostly has a heart for community. He and his wife have a basic message of faith, family, and relationships. He is well grounded in the Bible and teaches it well. We are a full gospel church where we believe in prayer for one another and that God is alive and well and is relevent to our daily lives.
  
  If you are looking for a perfect church, this is not the one... No church is without fault. We strive to live our daily lives to be pleasing to God and to raise our many families to enjoy church and have a foundation so as not to depart from it someday. It is a fun, uplifting atmosphere. You would not feel "judged" when you come here...but the Holy Spirit may reveal some things you need to get right!!
  
  Give it a try and get involved and you can be part of the solution for Kalkaska County to reach the lost and build a solid foundation for your family.
